Labor Day National Protest – Monday September 1st, 2025
Idaho’s working class deserves better. For too long, our state’s leadership has prioritized corporate profit and political power over the needs of everyday people. Wages remain stagnant, healthcare is out of reach, public schools are under attack, and working families are left to struggle while billionaires and corrupt politicians thrive.
On Labor Day, we rose up in solidarity with workers across the nation to demand accountability and fight for a future where the people, not corporations, hold the power.
Maxine Durand, candidate for Idaho Governor, spoke at the protest. Maxine is running to build a people-powered movement that puts working-class Idahoans first. Together, we can challenge the status quo, end the exploitation of our communities, and fight for a better Idaho rooted in justice, equity, and solidarity.
“Idahoans deserves a candidate who can stand for working class Idahoans and challenge the corporate oligarchy! Thank you to Idaho 50501 for giving us space at their action!” (Boise DSA)
Raise your voice. Let’s build the Idaho we deserve!
